I know a lot of people doing gig jobs to survive in this economy and because it's hard to secure a permanent job. Just curious, what skillset these people can upgrade themselves with to ensure they're able to find more stable jobs in the future? As we know, gig economy is not stable and not for the long-run. TQ

Dalam perjalanan karier kita ni, is it a bad thing bila kita jadi jack of all trades, master of none? Sebab as a digital marketing freelancer, i belajar semua benda merangkumi different fields tapi i belum decide utk pursue as a specialist in any field. I know how to do design, photography, content writing, marketing...semua i belajar sikit2. takpe ke? Or is it better kalau i narrow down and stick to just one field?
