Anybody knows kalau nak apply kerja as teacher at international school/private school, do i need to have teaching certs? I'm not from education background. My degree is in accounting but I'm really interested to become a math teacher. Even now pun i kerja as cikgu tuition malam2 ajar math and addmath. Is this experience enough for me to apply?

How many hours do you spend per week or per day to enhance your skills? I'm very bad at time management because I'm juggling between caring for my family + working + doing part time job that I barely get enough sleep, let alone doing something else. If your boss doesn't allow you to upskill, is it a red flag or nah? I ckp dkt boss yg i nak ambik training online. kebetulan company mmg offer pun budget utk sesiapa yg nak upskilling themselves. This training will help me to be better at my job and dpt cert jugak but my boss taknak approve. Kalau i dpt cert ni, level i lebih kurang sama la mcm boss i.
