Would like know whether I'm being paid rightfully or not. Hope you guys can help figure out. Details are below:
With almost 12 yrs of experience after completing master from NUS, do you think this is a good offer? (24% income tax and 9% GST)Role: AI/GenAI/ML Architect in a big tech company (Non-FAANG)
Experience: 12 years
Total compensation: S$400K/annum (260k base + 100 bonus+ 40k RSU)I'm also curious abt the salary gap in tech job market in SG and hope to hear your part of the story too.

I’d say you’re doing quite well with that package! Tech salaries in SG are all over the place depending on the company, but for AI/ML, you’re definitely up there. With the 24% tax though, you could try to negotiate more RSUs or bonus(if they're open for it la:P)
