        Since you takde pengalaman, maybe boleh highlight dlm resume apa yg you buat time sekolah dulu. Any activity yg relate dgn cara you berkomunikasi, you ni org yg aktf dan sebagainya.

          If kilang, i think you can try to look on their office side like admin. If operation, usually kilang kerja over weekend.

            Since you takde experience, maybe boleh try bahagian operation kilang. Tapi itulah, kilang jarang yg tutup weekend. Tapi cubalah dulu, mana tahu rezeki you nnt.
