FAKE, competitive, tiring wld be the best 3 words to summarize Singapore's corporate culture. Why? Bcz people often "show face" by dragging out meaningless work to look "busy". It's all about appearances, faking enthusiasm like "I love office work!" even when no one actually cares. More time r spent undermining competitors than adding value. Honestly, if we worked less, we'd probably get more done. It's also hard to make real friends when everyone pretending to be "professional" ALL D TIME
