Yesterday I’ve had an experience where a patient became extremely agitated and verbally abusive after receiving bad news about their test results. Haih, don't take it to heart i guess.

I completely understand what you went through. I've faced similar situations where patients were upset and took it out on me. It’s hard, but I try to remember that their anger is usually about the situation, not about us personally. Sometimes, letting them vent while staying calm helps diffuse things.
