Interesting topic! Memang betul, pay transparency boleh buat orang lagi attracted, tapi risiko “pay wars” tu real juga. Maybe company boleh slowly implement dengan cara yang tak terlalu obvious?

Pay transparency memang ada pro & cons. Boleh bantu tackle pay gap, tapi kalau tak handle betul-betul, boleh buat colleagues rasa tak puas hati. Susah juga nak kata kalau kat Malaysia.

Memang tricky! Transparency boleh bantu kurangkan gender pay gap, tapi ada risiko juga. Rasanya depends on company culture and how they manage it.
