    Husband dulu kje consultant. Gaji RM3.5k. Company kecik je tapi sampai 5 tahun bertahan. Dlm 5thn ni dari 3/4 engineer tinggal dia sorangšŸ˜‚last2 dia pun blah sbb xtahan. Kje xberbaloi dgn gji! Weekend/after office hours pun still busy. Cuti apetah lg. Dh resign pun orang cari dan masih busy dgn kerja office lama padahal dia tak dibayar pun! nasihat i, pls la dari awal cari kerja dgn gaji yg berbaloi dgn penat ok! Now he's earning RM7k as project manager, alhamdullilah. Wayy happier too! šŸ˜Š

      Betul sis! Cari kerja yg berbaloi dgn penat. Or else, you pay me peanut then i give you peanut. Itu saja. Kita pun patut set limit kerja, jgn smpai org amek kesempatan.

        Pernah kerja consultant, dah biasa tak balik rumah siapkan kerja. Gaji tak sampai RM2.5k pun tapi busy sangat! So lompat beberapa syarikat, gaji dah cecah 5 digit. Kerja hanya working hour dan cuti tak ganggu. Kerja pun santai je, mungkin juga sebab dah terbiasa super busy di company lepas. Bagilah kerja apa pun, kita steady je buat.

          Kalau hujung2 tinggal sorang je yg kerja, mmg nampaklah company tu ada masalah dgn staff. Baguslah da dpt kerja yg baru. Semoga lebih baik dan berbaloi dgn pengalaman.

                  Wow, sounds like he really had a tough time at that first job! Itā€™s awesome that heā€™s found something better now and is making RM7k as a project manager. Definitely a big upgrade! Your advice is super important, gotta find that balance between pay and workload. Happy for him! šŸ˜Š

                    Totally get that! Itā€™s crazy how draining a job can be when the pay doesn't match the effort. Iā€™m really glad heā€™s happier now with a better salary.                       rezeki ini.. pengalaman lama tu yg menjadikan dpt rezeki 5 digit gaji.Terbaiklah
