This is gonna sound a bit weird but...i feel bad accepting salary that's higher than my expectation. I letak RM3.5k but the company is paying me RM5k for less workload than my previous company. I feel like i don't deserve as much. I tried asking for more workload and responsibilities from my boss but she asked me why?? I told her i feel bad and she just laughed. She said, just do your job. Thats all we have for now. Aaarrghh tak best la rasa mcm ni..how to stop this feeling??

Eh, relax je! Kalau company dah set gaji tu, maksudnya they value your skills and time. Jangan rasa bersalah, you earned it. Maybe it's time to enjoy the balance between good pay and a healthy workload

That's normal, certain company memang have a good budget allocation untuk make sure their staff dibayar dengan setimpal to retain them.
My advice is you can use your free time to upskill and take a chance to get professional certification while you can.
Then in the next 2 years plan for your future roles advancement, either exit the company with a good terms by telling them your are looking forward to more challenging roles with other company with more pays and career growth or stay.
