Try a one on one talk sa kanya to report your observations sa kanya kamo and kung pwede i-tone down lang niya but i doubt magbabago yan

sometimes di na kasi magbabago ibang tao kahit ano pang pagsabihan mo, kung malala na much better to drop a memo para naman ma gets niyan agad na nakaka destruct na siya sa company
