HR is all about company policy. But paano naman yung consideration for individual situations? Dapat ba talaga one-size-fits-all ang rules? May experiences ba kayo where HR made an exception for a specific case? Curious lang if HR ever bends the rules for employees, or should I just stick to the rules forever?

Unless very rare yung case maybe may exception but expect that we still have to follow & comply to company's policy
