Boss offer rumah dia utk disewakan kepada pekerja. We a bit hesitate to take his offer because I taknak rasa terhutang budi dekat dia. But he insisted, mainly bcz the house has been vacant for so long so dia rugi la takde orang sewa. We already said we don't want but he's so pushy. How do I tell him nicely that we really2 dont want to avoid conflict later on? Biarlah murah pun, taknak jugak!
