Commute, Stress, Repeat—Is Full RTO Really the Answer? To all employers and officials pushing for full RTO: Talaga bang sa tingin niyo mas effective ang mga empleyadong pagod sa traffic at commute araw-araw? Isipin niyo, halos kalahating araw ubos na sa byahe at stress, tapos aasahan niyong magbibigay pa ng 100% productivity? Are you Team WFH or Team RTO?

Minsan mas okay talaga pag may RTO, depende siguro if malayo mga commute niyo sa work. Mas okay nakakausap mo mga kasama.

WFH has it's perks. I have been fortunate to be working remotely at times but yeah I do have higher bills cuz of it. I do enjoy my time and have work life balance. I feel it depends on what you need right now.
-
I appreciate WFH kasi you have the freedom to control your day schedule as long as you finish your work. there are times if I feel like a change of scenery I work outside or in a cofeeshop. You can be more productive when you are more rested. Beast having to commute.

I appreciate there are days na WFH pero sa ibang fields mas nakakafocus talaga if meron sense of urgency like in the office. I prefer Hybrid. Pero sa amin RTO kami lagi so mas okay rin ung trainings and dynamics sa team.

Hybrid is the best. You have a balance of productivity and work life balance. There are days you prefer to go to the office and times you rather stay at home to finish tasks. Depends but they both have benefits.

For me, full WFH is okay for employees who have good space in the house, complete equipments including backup gen set and solar power dahil katulad ngayon na panay bagyo at brown out, husstle talaga.
