Audit firm..11 years exp.. With salary 3.5k.. Rasa mcm underpaid.. Senior Account & Admin dan HR 🤣 now thinking to jump.. Agak2 boleh demand smpai berapa.. Huhu (my role not in a operation department, i handle account firm, admin plus HR juga)

Degree holder, working for property developer company in penang for 15 years. started as admin assistant, salary rm1,250. Twice promoted, now as officer. Salary RM3000. Felt that under paid. Job scope now has become rojak @ multipurpose. Stayed because of time flexibility allowed by company. Office near my house, school & kindergarden.

8 yrs of experience working with payment service providers, progressing from an admin role to an associate. Start with a salary of 1.5k to 2.3k. In 2023, encouraged by my spouse, I took a leap out of my comfort zone and transitioned to the water industry with a salary of 3.2k. This made me realize that job-hopping can lead to greater salary growth, compared to the typical 3-5% increments. As of Nov, I am embarking on a new journey in the facilities industry, with a starting 4.2k.
