My advice would be to focus on building relationships with her team and clients, and don’t be afraid to ask for feedback regularly. She can also look into short courses in hospitality to help her develop her skills more quickly

Recently, I’ve completed online courses in data analytics and advanced Excel. I’m ready for a change and looking for a simple office job, ideally Monday to Friday, 9-5, with weekends off. I'm tired of working on my feet and dealing with food at the hotel (been in this industy for as long as i can remember).
