One thing tak semua company boleh offer high salary masa starting point, but kalau job tu dapat bantu you develop professionally, in the long run, it's worth it. Kalau rasa tak cukup, boleh cuba cari part time kerja lain or freelancing. Lagi satu, kena tgk jugak benefit yg company tu bagi. Kadang2 u rasa RM2K tu rendah, tp benefit byk should be ok. Apa pun tepuk dada tanya selera.

Memang tricky! Transparency boleh bantu kurangkan gender pay gap, tapi ada risiko juga. Rasanya depends on company culture and how they manage it.
