I know everyone says you should negotiate, but as a fresh grad going on interviews for my first FT job, I can't get over feeling so ungrateful to question the offered salary 😳 I'm not in dire need of a high salary, and at this early stage in my career I'm more focused on getting good opportunities and experiences. Am I looking at it wrong?

Honestly, I get it! It can feel awkward to negotiate, especially as a fresh grad. But think of it this way.. bruhh.. negotiating isn’t being ungrateful, it’s knowing your worth. Even if salary isn’t your top priority, it’s a good habit to start early.
