3 months of interview process finally paid off! Hope my story inspire you guys to reach my level 1 day! 💪 M, 37 yrs old, local and just landed a SG$350K plus comp role. FYI, you've got to be exceptional to make it to this level in IT especially.
Base: $350K
Annual Bonus: $50K
Experience: 20 years
Previous Company: 16 years at MSMaybe luck does play a little factor, but it's mostly networking & skills you bring with proven results in the past will get you far.

I do iT too, unfortunately it's not from proper education center, all i did by myself in self learning, from youngest age until now, i do know about linux, redhat & fedora systems, software troubleshooting,coding stuff,hosting and servers ,tech savvy in computers stuff like repairs and sales, I'm malaysian by the way. This is inspiration for me ! -
