I dilantik as team leader utk urus 1 project ni. Tapi ada seorang teammate I yang selalu buat hal. Dia macam tak puas hati I naik pangkat. Selalu hantar kerja lambat, miss deadlines, kerja tak berkualiti. Macam mana I nak tegur perangai dia supaya projek I ni tak kena extend sebab dia seorang?

Buat meeting, discuss dgn whole team and highlight deadline tasks dorang tu semua bile. Inform skali dlm meeting tu, if lambat then that person responsible to explain the reason dekat semua org. Biar dia ada rasa tanggungjawab sikit.

Buat la one on one session dgn dia. If still same, then no choice.. kena inform your boss.

Be firm dgn dia. Work is work. Jgn sebab dia orang, habis semua org terbabit sama.
