    Hi everyone! I'm a Malaysian who has attended 2 interviews with a company from Singapore. The arrangement is I'll be working remotely from Malaysia and it's a contract based. Would like to know whether it's reasonable for me to ask a for a SGD salary, benchmarked to Singapore's market rate for software designer? If yes, may i know what's the range like? Thanks!

        I’m in a similar situation, also working remotely from Malaysia for an SG company. From my experience, they typically adjust the salary slightly lower than in-office SG roles but still peg it close to SG rates.
