Hello! I nak tips utk multitasking at workplace. Ada tak? As someone with ADHA it's very hard for me to focus on doing one thing for a long time, let alone managing few things at the same time. Whenever I get in the zone, i memang can only focus on one thing only so bila boss or anybody else datang mintak i buat other things, i rasa terganggu. How to deal with this?
