Hi guys. After years in the corporate world, I'm considering a career switch to pursue my passion in the arts but I’m scared to take the leap. I’ve saved up quite a bit to afford a pay cut too, but I don’t want to regret my decision either. My questions are- - Any fellow career changers out there who have successfully transitioned to a completely different industry? - How did you manage the change, upskill, and convince employers to give you a chance

I made a switch myself, and what helped was doing freelance work in my new industry before committing fully. Upskilling with courses is also a great way to make a convincing case to future employers. The transition might feel slow, but it’s worth it to avoid regret later. Having savings is great too, so you’re already on a good path. Remember, the skills you’ve built over the years are assets, no matter the industry
