Tech specialists would generally have no problem securing a job, applies to current undergraduates too. But fast growing also means constant upgrading of skills or risk getting labeled as obsolete and laid off. Salary may be high until market get saturated resulting to easy layoffs.

Yeah, tech does feel unstable right now, but honestly, layoffs are happening across all industries. No matter what field you're in, it could happen if the market takes a dip

Really depends on the industry. Like media & entertainment, soft skills like team collaboration, problem-solving and persuasive are something that you should have to survive in that circle. Even you decided to move into different field, those skills will guarantee help you grow further. Eventually you will able to adapt into different situations

Been there, done that. The key is to find a job that pays reasonably well, but remember not to get emotionally attached to temporary work. It’s just a job with colleagues who won’t necessarily be in your life long-term. Start and finish your work, then go home and focus on your real priorities and the job you truly want.
